These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FireLine Prep ("we," "us," or "our") and the services available at firelineprep.com. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

FireLine Prep provides an online exam preparation platform for individuals preparing for firefighter entrance exams. You may use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our question bank or content
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FireLine Prep is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately at support@firelineprep.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

FireLine Prep offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Monthly plan: $19.99/month, billed monthly
Annual plan: $200/year, billed annually

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account section of the platform or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@firelineprep.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FireLine Prep — including questions, explanations, lessons, and study materials — is owned by FireLine Prep and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

FireLine Prep is an exam preparation tool and does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any specific exam or obtaining employment. Results vary by individual effort and exam conditions.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireLine Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
