Password — stored as a secure hash; we never store your plain-text password
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
Study progress — quiz scores, lesson completion, and test history stored to personalize your experience
Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, collected automatically

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain your subscription and access to the platform
Save and display your study progress across sessions
Send transactional emails (receipt, account confirmation, password reset)
Respond to support requests
Improve the platform based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. FireLine Prep never receives or stores your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Cookies

FireLine Prep uses minimal cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in between sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@firelineprep.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Opt out of non-transactional emails at any time
