• Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe
• Usage data: Study progress, test scores, lesson completion, and session activity within the platform
• Technical data: Browser type, device information, and IP address collected automatically when you use the service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain your subscription and access to FireLine Prep
• Process payments and manage your billing through Stripe
• Save your study progress and personalize your experience
• Send transactional emails such as password resets and billing receipts
• Respond to your support requests and communications
• Improve the quality and content of our platform
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 and are never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FireLine Prep:

5. Cookies and Tracking

FireLine Prep uses minimal browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to maintain your login session and save preferences locally. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

We do not serve ads and do not work with advertising networks.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at support@firelineprep.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data
